Become a better you more than you was yesterday  Sober living in Colorado Springs

individuals recovering from substance and alcohol use disorders often face significant challenges after treatment or during the early stages of recovery. Finding safe, stable housing while rebuilding relationships, obtaining employment, managing daily responsibilities, and maintaining sobriety can be overwhelming. Without a supportive and structured living environment, individuals may face an increased risk of returning to environments and circumstances that can threaten their recovery.

Promise Land seeks to address this need in Colorado Springs, Colorado, by creating a safe and structured recovery residence.

Our program will provide individuals with more than simply a place to live. Residents will receive recovery support, accountability, peer connection, recovery coaching, life-skills assistance, employment, mental health and resource navigation, and connections to community treatment and recovery resources.

Promise Land will use a progressive level system designed to help individuals gradually move toward independence. During the initial 90 days, residents will live within a structured recovery environment focused on establishing stability, maintaining sobriety, developing healthy routines, and building a foundation for long-term recovery.

Individuals who successfully meet the program's requirements after the initial 90-day period may advance to Level 2. Level 2 will provide greater independence and responsibility, which may include a later curfew and, when available, a private bedroom. Residents will also begin contributing toward their housing costs after the first 90 days, and require a pt/ft job, helping them develop financial responsibility and prepare for independent living.

The Promise Land will welcome individuals regardless of religious background or belief. While the organization is rooted in Christian principles of hope, compassion, forgiveness, service, and restoration, participation in Christian activities will be voluntary. Recovery, safety, personal responsibility, and respect for others will remain the foundation of the program.

Our ultimate goal is to help individuals move beyond simply surviving addiction and toward stable, independent, purposeful meaningful lives in recovery.
